Welcome to KnowThySelf360 (“KT360”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, available through www.knowthyself360.ai and www.knowthyself360.co (the "Site").

Background: KnowThySelf360 is a digital platform that provides users with structured assessments and personalized reports based on anonymized qualitative feedback. The service is designed to support self-understanding and development. It is not a diagnostic tool or a substitute for professional mental health services. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when using KT360.

By accessing or using our Site, whether as a registered user, feedback contributor, or visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using KT360, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of KT360, such as requesting feedback and receiving personalized reports, you must create an account using your email address or Google login. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activity under it.

Feedback contributors do not need to create an account to participate, but their use of the platform is still subject to these Terms (see Section 2A below).

If you submit feedback through a KT360 feedback form, you are considered a user of the service for the purposes of these Terms. You do not need to create an account to participate, but your submission is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By submitting feedback, you agree to:

Provide honest and respectful input
Avoid sharing personally identifying information about others
Understand that your input may be processed, anonymized, and analyzed to support another user’s report

3. Services Provided

KT360 offers qualitative feedback tools and insights through structured assessments. All feedback is anonymized. Our platform is not a diagnostic tool and does not offer medical or psychological advice. It is not a substitute for professional therapy or healthcare.

4. User Conduct

By using KT360, you agree to:

Provide truthful and respectful feedback
Not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes
Not reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the platform
Respect the integrity and purpose of the feedback process

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Payment and Refunds

Users are charged upfront via Stripe. When you order a feedback report through KT360, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout using our payment provider, Stripe. Refunds may be requested up until your feedback report is delivered. Once the feedback process is complete and the report is sent, refunds are no longer available.

If your report expires because it did not receive the required five (5) responses within the two-week period, you may email contact@knowthyself360.ai to either request an extension and invite more participants or request a refund. If you purchase a service, you agree to pay the specified fees.

6. Intellectual Property

KnowThySelf360 LP retains full ownership of all content, technology, underlying software, and intellectual property associated with the KT360 platform. This includes but is not limited to the design, code, architecture, and proprietary algorithms used to deliver the service.

Users retain the right to freely reuse, download, and share the personalized reports generated for them through the platform. However, users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any other content or feature of the KT360 platform without prior written permission from KnowThySelf360 LP.

KT360 also retains the right to use the anonymized content from user reports to deliver services and enhance its AI-driven technologies. content and technology on KT360 are the property of KnowThySelf360 LP. Users may freely reuse and share their individual reports. KT360 retains the right to use generated reports internally to deliver the service and to improve its AI models and platform features.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and process personal data such as name, email, IP address, and assessment responses. Feedback submitted through KT360 is processed using an anonymization pipeline before being included in user-facing reports. Both the raw (non-anonymized) and anonymized versions are securely stored in our system; however, only the anonymized version is ever shown to end users.

KT360 may act either as a data controller or a data processor, depending on the context of the data processing. Data is stored securely and processed using trusted third-party services, including OpenAI, Resend, Sentry, and Vercel. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or use third-party services such as OpenAI and Resend to provide parts of our service. These providers may receive limited user data necessary for functionality.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or misuse of the service.

10. Disclaimers

KT360 is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KnowThySelf360 LP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with consumer protection laws, you may have additional rights that supplement or override parts of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of KT360 shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
